IEARI Internship Program (IIP)
The IEARI Internship Program (IIP) offers internship program and opportunity at the IEARI. for endowed graduate students that is  pursuing an advanced degree/PhD. In macroeconomics or a related field to gain a work experience and opportunities with undertaking assignments and  contribution to the IEARI and career developments on internship(s) session.
 
 

IEARI (IIP)

IEARI (IIP) offers from Jan-Dec -10 weeks program by undertaking research project, preparing working papers, white paper the papers should be a level of quality or excellence that is accepted as the norm or by which actual attainments are judged and may be published.

Every Intern(s) assignment or project(s) are different and vary according to the department(s) Intern research can be in broad scale of economic issues and topics  based on evidence to be addressed in 2013, 2014.   The projects focus will be Research and Analysis on National and International advanced economic issues and topics, involving, alternative, benefits and impacts.…

The research task assignment will be different on each session work program.  Your research must cover extensive series by locating economic issues/topics, contained by evidence. (Below e.g. topic)

(e.g.) Relationship Concerning Emerging Europe and Euro Zone recession

Candidates will be selected based on their research and study to make a parallel with the area and realm of work 

Who can apply

IEARI IIP designed for the students who are following a Ph.D. National & international economics, monetary economics, econometrics or financial economics, public finance, macroeconomics, or applicable pasture. Yet the internship selections applies only for those are interested in IEARI Internship Program.

In the field of economics or in another discipline related to the work of the IEARI (Energy, Environment, Asset Management, Banking + Capital Markets, Business Strategy, Public Sector.

• Knowledge of  Market Trending Topics

• Knowledge of English and French and capability of drafting project knowledge of the other language(s) would be an advantage

• Excellent team player, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill , focused, be willing to work under pressure, multitask, meeting dead lines 

• Participation in research preparation and documents and draft in the fields relevant to the company with competence concerned

• Documental research and analysis of existing work.

• Gather, organize a conference and seminars and evaluate information.

• Establish communiqué and networking with senior levels as well as senior officials. and participate in the drafting of project /report(s)

• Follow on-going challenges and trends discussions in  Canada and internationally

• Organize meetings, work with organizations, and write project documents according to the needs of initiatives within challenges and trends program.

• Continue and support program team's engagement and outreach activities, such as the development of communication materials and Web site content

• Help organize  meeting and research and events as required

• Maintain media contact list/Social media, internet savvy (research navigation) , computer literacy

• Add new content to the website

• Promote/support the use of web-based tools for communication

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
