In order to make strong and successful presentation and more valuable, to fulfill delegate’s expectation to present & future conferences. Please follow below instructions Conference Materials should consist of: A brief biography. An executive summery, rather than word for word copy (word document), and copies of any slides or overheads. Your biography Example: Your current position achievements related to the same conference. What have or you achieved. Not more than 250-300 words. Please Note: When you provide a biography. The chair will be responsible for introducing you at the conference. Your biography will also be included in the binder for the delegates. To PowerPoint users No PDF The pages not more then 10-30 pages. All materials should be in black and white. Because delegates expect to receive a copy of every slide of your presentation. If you do not plan to use a visual presentation provide a summary for the workbook highlighting the key points of your presentation. PLEASE NOTE:  We will not be making adjustments in your presentation material.  Therefore, it is important to consider how your material will reflect on yourself and your presentation. Note: It is necessary that all materials, (including your biography), be couriered to us, rather than faxed, to ensure that the quality of the copy is maintained.
